What is a food allergy means?
A food allergy is a hypersensitivity to substances that occur in food. All foods can cause allergies. Among the foods that most often trigger allergies include milk, eggs, carrots, fruits, nuts, fish, spices and potatoes. Typical reactions are watery eyes, runny nose and skin irritations, but also nausea, stomach cramps ,Psoriasis eczema and diarrhea.
Victim of a food allergy are from 7 to 10 percent of children and about 5 percent of adults.
