Violations can be really disappointing and even depressing. After some time before your workouts, re-build hard-earned strength and a reassessment limitations is hard stuff.
On 1 February this year I took a nasty tumble down the stairs in my house. It was early in the morning, and I had just got out of bed, ready for a training agreement. I think my legs were tired, just like my brain, that was obviously not thinking clearly. I was not in operation on the track and have my legs under me.
