Contact lenses are thin discs that when they are on the cornea of the eye serve as a substitute for eyeglasses. The conditions that corrected by contact lenses are the same as the conditions corrected by eyeglasses and include the following:
• astigmatism (distorted vision)
• Myopia (nearsightedness)
• Hyperopia (farsightedness)
• Presbyopia (need Bifocal)

Everyone on this planet starts in the same way. One sperm cell fertilizes an egg. As each day passes, something new developed. Within two to three weeks to develop the eye and even after birth, eye and vision continues to develop and grow stronger. In fact, it is not until three years that a child is the same vision as adults. Eye Care is as important if not more than an adult.
At birth, the child’s eyes checked for any visual congenital defects of the eyes. The mother has a detailed family history looking for any possible genetic defects. If there is a possibility of a hereditary or birth defects, the pediatrician may recommend further tests to determine whether the baby is haunted.
