Once you through 3 major knee surgery before the age of 33, I have learned a few things about pain in the line bay. My first started in 1995 with some serious injuries to my left knee damage to the ligaments and tendons around the knee and meniscal layers in the joint itself. Something simple arthroscopy could not resolve, let me with a nice 8-10 inch scar in the middle of my knee. My left knee bothers me but not as strong as my right knee. I injured it in 2001.
