Once you through 3 major knee surgery before the age of 33, I have learned a few things about pain in the line bay. My first started in 1995 with some serious injuries to my left knee damage to the ligaments and tendons around the knee and meniscal layers in the joint itself. Something simple arthroscopy could not resolve, let me with a nice 8-10 inch scar in the middle of my knee. My left knee bothers me but not as strong as my right knee. I injured it in 2001. Completely Dislocating common and anterior cruciate ligament tears my thigh from my lodging on a horizontal course between the bones of the knee joint. I have two ACL replacements to keep it together comfortably there. I think virtually destroyed during the cartilage injury and this is where I do most of my pain. I’ve tried pretty much all the current struggle against pain medications on the market today and it is very easy to addicted to something that’s really not do more than what some home remedies can do. Only without addicted to something that has been compared to heroin. I use a lot of ice directly on the knee.
You can half-full Dixie cups of water and freeze them. Always when it hurts, take a frozen dixie cup and let the end of the ice they are exposed. Gently rub your knees with a towel below to catch the water drips out. I am also an avid user of over the counter to relieve pain. How Motrin and tylenol. 800 to 1000 milligrams at a time. I also have the 1500 milligrams of glucosamine daily chondrontin to lubricate and help along any of cartilage that is. Elevating the knees rather help than good. This last possibility is say something, I’m sure. Studies have shown that ground chicken cartilage, which has long been in the ancient Chinese medicine could have some minerals and vitamins to help rebuild the cartilage in the knee and other joints. The same thing that glucosamine chondrontin does.
There are even some studies show that a direct relationship to the bodies normal reaction to the pain to escape, and the normal activities of the bodies desire. Chicken is not only good table fare but also some healing properties as well. It makes you wonder about that late night snack craving, or perhaps looking forward to Sunday after the church chicken dinner. Is it the body is by nature something desire to escape pain. Regardless, this work done for me and I hope these help you.

Most people at some time in their lives, have symptoms of back pain. For many, these symptoms turn into full blown chronic, acute back pain that never looked better.
Over time, the symptoms of back pain ranging from mild soreness to a very painful and inflamed nerve pinched.
The chronic back pain sufferer to see all the symptoms. As the situation in their backs worsened over several years, the episodes of debilitating pain and more severe until the pain is the only constant in her life. If you continue to leave the symptoms of lower back pain left untreated, or worse, to treat, try it with pain killers, you’ll never improve.
Fortunately there are simple exercises that can help relieve even chronic back pain. Extension exercises are commonly referred to as first-aid treatment of back pain. But they can also be used in conjunction with mild inversion therapy and flexion exercises to completely eliminate your pain.
Best of all, you can select your own treatment of back pain at home. In the absence of a traumatic injury, there is not much a doctor can do for you. Especially in the long run.
Chiropractic adjustments can help you to help your body heal itself a little faster than you can do on your own with the extension, but the price is often too high in dollars.
The treatment of the symptoms of back pain with the extension exercise is the beginning of the end of your problems.

Unlike the pain acute (protection pain), the chronic pain from its original function and replaced exists independently. The nerve cells register pain to the brain, which are not. Eleven million people suffer in Germany alone among these recurring pain.
Chronic Pain
Chronic pain is a pathological assert its independence of nerve impulses. From a “assert its independence” is when the pain remains – even after the cause of pain is resolved.

An example: A nerve cell sends a serious injury after a very long pain impulses to the brain. This is changing their metabolism. If the injury finally healed, so no appeal is available, the cell can no longer continue off and sends pain impulses: The cell has developed a pain memory.

Besides lengthy illnesses may include environmental factors such as stress or weather changes trigger chronic pain or strengthen.

How can the failure of the nerve cell stop? There are two possibilities:

The perception of pain patients will be changed

The pain management is adjourned
That is his face
The most common forms of chronic pain:

Back pain (for example, after a herniated disc)
Rheumatic pain (for example, arthritis, fibromyalgia)
Degenerative pain (for example, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis)
Headache (for example migraine)
Neuralgia (for example shingles)
Tumor pain (including brain tumors, bone metastases)
Phantom pain (for example, after an amputation)
So it can be treated
The treatment of chronic pain should be due to the complex disease not only physical but also emotional and social aspects.

Drugs are often the basis for a duration of treatment. Not infrequently stands at the beginning of treatment, however, a withdrawal of medication, for chronic might be responsible.

Other treatment options:

Nerve blockade
Implantable pain pumps for continuous delivery of medication
Regional Anesthesia
Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS): irritation of the nerve structures through the creation of current pulses on the skin. By this measure is the body’s own Schmerzhemmsystem activated.
Acupuncture
Physiotherapy to strengthen or discharge of muscle groups
Movement Therapy
Behavioral, such as stress management training
Car Training
Even a change of habits, for example, a balanced diet or a change of job, the pain can positively affect everyday life.
