Most of us not in the health sector believe that they know how their body works, because they live in, but it is simply not true. Just as employees have no real knowledge of how a company works only because they work for a company, a person in chronic pain has no idea how the pain began and why. If you are in this situation is the first step is recognizing that you do not know the answers or solutions to your problems. With the discovery of your “ignorance” in relation to your pain and why you have it, you can use simple steps to reduce the pain or that it be removed. In most cases, with chronic pain will be automatically sent to the doctor. The doctor’s task is to give you the why and how. However, doctors in these modern times in general do not have the time to teach each patient the how and why. In this case, the best way to do this is to find practitioners, study and help alleviate pain. These range from practitioners massage therapists to physical therapists and chiropractors. However, since most practitioners need the approval of your doctor before you visit, it is also crucial for your own research before and after your visit with these practitioners.
Despite knowledge of these practitioners have, they do not know you. The only way to learn for themselves about your pain is to take into account various factors. These factors are:
* Your current living conditions, whether at work or in your personal life
* Your beliefs about yourself and your body
* Your basic philosophy about your life and life in general
* The food you eat
* Each exercise you do or not do
With the receipt of the above factors, you will find the most effective direction to go, whether it is on the right doctor, or how and why your pain started. A simple method by noting all the details on the above factors is meditation.
Meditation is usually as an attempt not to think. But in this case, what you do is concentrate on the pain. Instead of concentrating too hard, easy to get an idea of the pain. Where is it exactly? How does it feel like in this area? Is it pain? Dull? Pins and Needles? Is it permanent or is it sporadic? The pain is usually a message from your body trying to tell you what is wrong. By concentrating on this easy way you can see why the pain started in the first place. Sometimes pain is an emotional issue rather than physically. Or it could be psychological. By focusing on the pain in this way to find out what the pain is trying to tell you.
Finally, there are three things you can do to help with your chronic pain and learn more about you.
1) Make a note of the above factors and all details, which together with them.
2) Meditate on the pain, to find out what it says.
3) Find a general practitioner will help to ensure that the work with you to come with an excellent pain management plan.
That’s it! Very simple and easy to do. I was in pain and I have these steps taken to alleviate the pain before going to my physiotherapist. If I can do it, you can do it too.
