Scoliosis is an abnormal curve of the spine side, that each to some degree. Sometimes even a small scoliosis can cause back pain. If the curve in the area associated with the breast, a simple yoga pose can be used to help naturally relieve back pain.
When we are born, the spine is almost straight. The front to back curves develop as the body grows. Scoliosis often develops as we grow.
Many people are surprised when I had pointed out that they have a curve, especially if it ‘,’ place in her back that was always uncomfortable or painful. They are only trying to help the spine again. Forcing not really help, and perhaps even counter-productive. It’s okay if you are naturally drawing deeply into the rotation but as long as it feels good. Pay attention to your body and what you feel like you pose. Find out what works best for you.
If you feel any pain, stop. The pain is there to tell you that you have already gone too far. It is a warning that it is not exaggerating.
Some routes have a good feeling kind of pain that could happen if you have a turn. That’s fine, as long as the pain is not so strong, that you resist. Pushing through resistance is one of the main ways in which injuries happen.
It is good to do, is how this phrase on both sides. Yoga classes, you have rotations on both sides. When turning on the left side, avoid deep into the pose. Instead, work on the extension of the spine as you inhale and relaxing into a very soft version of the exhale. Then you can find a moment to work the right side again. Scoliosis in the thoracic spine can be helped with a simple rotation. Coupled with self-adjust, back pain can be relieved naturally. The key is consistency.
